Bellview TCI Dialer: Enhancing Your Call Center Productivity
Bellview TCI is Confirmit’s advanced telephony add-on for both Bellview Fusion and Bellview CATI, offering feature-rich technology to empower your call center operation.
Now entering its fourth generation of development, Bellview TCI provides support for the latest telephone technology such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and distributed call centers. It combines powerful autodialing with multimedia support to improve the efficiency and quality of call center operations.
The system employs a powerful call recognition engine which quickly routes non-live calls back to the CATI system, significantly increasing interviewer talk-time and supervisory control over agents. This applies whether agents are centrally located, remotely located in satellite centers, or working from home.
Bellview TCI-VIS (Virtual Interviewing Server) gives managers the capability to control and dynamically allocate agent resources across the call center operation, while still giving clients the quality of interviewing they demand.
Bellview TCI is fully compliant with the guidelines governing the use of autodialing machines in the UK, issued by the Market Research Society, which came into force in August 2005.
