User Program

Confirmit’s User Program is a cross-functional program owned and managed by Confirmit's Marketing, Professional Services, and Confirmit Academy departments. The main objectives of the Confirmit User Program are as follows:

  • Proactively build users' knowledge of and confidence in Confirmit.
  • Assist users to become self-sufficient in their use of Confirmit.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing between clients.
  • Build a deeper, more meaningful relationship with Confirmit users.

The Confirmit User Program activities and enhancements include the following:

  • Online Demos in Confirmit - including links to functionality demos.
  • Webinars - online seminars (1–2 hours each) focusing on Confirmit solutions.
  • Online Help - establishing links from Confirmit functionality directly into the HTML format user manuals.
  • Local Customer Seminars - breakfast seminars and other face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Database of Confirmit Solutions - a database of Confirmit Solutions, Confirmit Applications, Scripts, FAQs, Tips, etc., available on the Extranet.
  • Customer Extranet - manage and maintain
