Occasionally, a customer might have requirements beyond the capability of the core software. In such cases, where a high percentage of requirements are reusable in a future version of Confirmit’s core software, Confirmit offers Custom Development projects to meet client needs.
Confirmit has a dedicated Custom Development team available to clients who fund new Confirmit features that benefit all Confirmit users. Since 1999, Confirmit has completed several Custom Development projects for clients worldwide; on-time and with high customer satisfaction. Projects range from extensions, to existing modules like Confirmit Reportal, to stand-alone applications/portals, for some of the largest companies in the world.
Confirmit relies on a professional development process that incorporates frequent customer feedback to assure product quality. Confirmit uses an agile development process called Evolutionary Project Planning, EVO. The EVO method centers on quickly evolving towards stakeholder values and product qualities while learning through early feedback.
The EVO method was developed by Tom Gilb (

). Tom Gilb personally trained Confirmit in the use of EVO, and stated:
